This website and event are operated by Marustormsquad . Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to MaruStorm Squad. By registering for and/or participating in Marustormsquad with Fort Ultra , you agree to abidUe by the following Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants, including without limitation runners, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, partners, and contributors of content.
β οΈ Please read carefully before registering or participating. By accessing our website, registering, or joining the event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not participate.
1 Event Registration
- Choose your event category carefully
- Confirmed registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified
- Provide a valid and secure email ID and mobile number for updates
- Communications from us should not be treated as spam
- Any notice sent to your registered email shall be deemed received
2 Acknowledgment of Risks
You acknowledge that long-distance running is a strenuous sport and can be injurious to health.
By registering, you accept full responsibility for your participation and release MaruStorm Squad,the organizing committee, and their members from any liability for injury, accident, or health issues.
3 Personal Information
You agree that your personal details may be stored and used by organizers for:
- Event administration
- Promotions and marketing
- Statistical purposes
- Safety and emergency contacts
4 Event Modification or Cancellation
Organizers may modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Force majeure circumstances
- Other unavoidable reasons
Registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Organizers reserve the right to reject any application without explanation. Only rejected application fees (excluding bank charges) will be refunded.
5 Health Advisory
Participants should:
- Eat healthy meals before the run
- Avoid alcohol consumption
- Stay properly hydrated
- Consult physician if having health concerns
6 Behavioural Conduct
Any participant causing harm, distress, or inconvenience to others may be:
- Removed from the event without refund
- Reported to authorities
- Banned from future events
Applies to all participants, staff, organizers, and service providers.
7 Early Termination of Participation
If a participant withdraws mid-race or cannot continue due to fitness issues:
- No return support will be provided
- No refund will be issued
- Medical evacuation at participant's expense
8 Medical Responsibility
- Participants must follow organizer and medical staff instructions
- All medical expenses will be borne by the participant
- Emergency contact information must be accurate
- Carry necessary personal medications
9 Injury and First Aid
Minor injuries are common during running events.
- First aid support will be available at aid stations
- Organizers will take reasonable safety measures
- Participants should carry basic first aid if needed
10 Itinerary Changes
Organizers may change routes or schedules due to unexpected circumstances.
No liability is taken for participant travel or accommodation expenses.
11 Medical Disclosure
Participants must:
- Disclose any pre-existing medical conditions
- Inform about medications being taken
- Update emergency contact information
Organizers are not responsible for undisclosed medical issues.
12 Prohibited Activities
Strictly prohibited during the event:
- Smoking in any form
- Drinking alcohol
- Use of performance-enhancing substances
- Unauthorized photography of others
13 Liability Waiver
Organizers are not liable for:
- Any loss or damage during participation
- Illness or injury sustained
- Damage to personal belongings or vehicles
- Acts of nature or third parties
14 Parking Restrictions
- No parking inside the venue
- Designated parking areas only
- Parking at participant's own risk
- Follow parking marshals' instructions
15 Rule Violations
Participants violating rules will be:
- Disqualified immediately
- No refund provided
- Results nullified
- Possible ban from future events
16 E-Certificates
Provided only to participants who:
- Finish within cut-off timings
- Pass through all timing checkpoints
- Complete the entire course
- Have no rule violations
Digital certificates will be emailed post-event.
17 Finisher Medals
Medals will be awarded only to those who:
- Complete the full course distance
- Finish within official cut-off time
- Follow all event rules
- Cross the finish line officially
18 Baggage Policy
Participants are advised not to bring baggage or valuables.
Organizers are not responsible for:
- Loss or damage of belongings
- Theft of personal items
- Damage to electronic devices
19 Timing Bib Tag
- Timing bib tags must not be interchanged
- Violators will be disqualified
- Ban from present and future events possible
- Bibs must be worn as instructed
Required to qualify for official timing, medal, and e-certificate.
20 Bib Requirement
Bibs (chest numbers) must be:
- Worn at all times during the race
- Clearly visible on the front
- Not folded or altered
- Not covered by clothing
Entry without bib is not permitted.
21 Minor Participants
Parents/guardians registering minors must:
- Consent to their participation
- Accept all terms on their behalf
- Provide emergency contact details
- Ensure proper supervision
All rules apply equally to minors.
22 Bib Collection
Bibs must be collected in person during specified timings.
Representatives may collect only with:
- Written consent from participant
- Original ID proof (Aadhar Card/Driving License)
- Registration confirmation copy
23 Prizes
- Final results declared by official timing partner
- Winners subject to bib tag verification
- Anti-cheat checks will be conducted
- Additional ID/age proof may be required
The decision of timing partners, technical officials, and MaruStorm Squad will be final.
