MaruStorm Squad 2025 - Race Kit Distribution and Collection Guidelines
Important information about registration processing and race kit collection
The following policy outlines our registration processing times and race kit distribution procedures. All participants must collect their race kits in person.
It's important to note that registration processing times are separate from race kit distribution times.
All registrations are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your registration confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your registration is confirmed and instructions for race kit collection are available.
In case of a high volume of registrations or unforeseen delays beyond our control, communication will be made via email/SMS.
Race kits (bib number, T-shirt, and other inclusions) will not be shipped to your address. Instead, they must be collected from the official MaruStorm Squad kit distribution center.
To be announced via official website/social media/email. Details will be communicated closer to the event date.
Typically 2–3 days before the marathon date. Exact dates and timings will be announced 2 weeks prior to the event.
Participants must bring valid ID proof and registration confirmation (print or digital).
Uncollected race kits will not be shipped or refunded.
Currently, local delivery is not available for MaruStorm Squad race kits. All participants are required to collect their kits from the designated pickup center in Udaipur.
You can skip shipping fees with free in-person pickup at the official race kit distribution counters.
Your kit will be prepared and ready within the announced pickup schedule.
An email/SMS will be sent with instructions.
Please bring your confirmation email/ID proof when you come.
International participants registering for MaruStorm Squad must also collect their kits in person from the official pickup location. We do not offer international shipping for race kits.
Any travel, visa, or import requirements (if applicable for merchandise) are the responsibility of the participant.
